Refund and Returns Policy

At Josh Training Academy, we strive to provide the best experience for all our participants. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before registering for any events or training sessions.


1. Registration Fees

  • All registration fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • In case of duplicate payments, please contact us with proof of transaction. Refunds for duplicate payments will be credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.


2. Event Cancellation

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Josh Training Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or event rescheduling option will be provided to the registered participants.


3. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a participant cancels their registration less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be provided.

  • If cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the event date, 50% refund may be considered upon review.


4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund (in eligible cases), please email us at support@joshtrainingacademy.com with your registration details and payment receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.


5. No Show Policy

  • Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
